Cooking the sausage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and slice.
Cooking the pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, prep the remaining ingredients.
Preparing the plants
Heat pan (preferably a wok) coated with oil over medium-high heat. Remove cabbage core and slice into strips. Slice grapes in half. Add cabbage and grapes to pan. Cook until cabbage is wilted, stirring constantly.
Making the vinaigrette
Measure oil through salt and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Add all previous ingredients and toss until coated.
