Notes Do not use more custard/vanilla pudding than is called for because the pie will fall apart.

Slice bananas.

In saucepan, combine marmalade, sugar, and liquor. Boil while stirring until thick. Thinly coat pastry shell and allow to set for at least 5 minutes.

Spread custard or vanilla pudding in pastry shell. Top evenly with banana slices. Spoon marmalade mixture over bananas and spread evenly.
