Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix together the cooked pasta, soft cheese, protein, and tomatoes into the sauce.
Place the pasta mixture into a greased 9-inch baking tray. Bake 20 minutes, covered. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese (optional). Bake uncovered 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
