Forming the meatballs
Wash and chop the spinach. Take casings off sausage and place in a bowl. Add ground beef and spinach. Use hands to thoroughly combine. Roll a portion in hands to form small meatballs.
Cooking the meatballs
Coat pan with oil and bring to medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides. Remove when cooked all the way through.
Serving
Place in sauce and spoon over pasta or rice.
